Our Ministries
Family Ministries
We believe that with Christ as your cornerstone, your first discipleship begins in the comfort of your own home. At Plant Grow Prosper, we invite families to join us in activities that are wholeheartedly infused with the Holy Spirit to fortify the foundations of their families.
Such activities are:
- Family Fun Night – A time to gather as a family with other families. The night begins with sharing a devotion and a meal together. We then have a small activity that edifies the devotion, and then there are plenty of games to choose from. Just some of our games is Ultimate Frisbee, Soccer, Board Games, Card Games, etc). Family fun night is the 1st, 3rd, and 5th (if available) Fridays of the month. We start at 6 PM and go until the last one leaves or it hits midnight.
- Marriage Refresh – Marriage is not easy. Sometimes we need that refresher course on how to live with our spouse, the way God intended. To realign our priorities: God, Spouse, Family, Everything else.
- Train them Up! – How does God show us to raise our children? Plant Grow Prosper, looks to equip parents on Jesus Christ’s teaching and commands to their first dicipleship in their home.
- Reflection – Jesus is our Rapha. Our Healer. Spending time with Jesus Christ and deepening that personal relationship with Him, He will grow you into the creation He has for you.
- VBS (Vacation Bible School) – Children need JESUS! It is fun to get them all together to share with them just how much Jesus loves them and what He wants for them.
- Go Out! – Jesus commands us to GO! Go and tell others about Him. By going out and being the hands aand feet of Jesus, we look to serving the community while sharing the good news!
Young Adult Ministries
Life is difficult during these times. Christians are being phased out more and more each day. Having a group of peers that share in the same Christian values is a key ingredient to building one another up and encouraging one another as the times get challenging. Ecclesiastes said it best: “two are better than one as when one is down, the other can lift them up.”
Our Young Adult Ministries offer:
- Action! – Community Involvement
- Reflection – Personal Growth
- Hangouts – Time to fellowship
- Engaged! – A study to better lay a strong foundation for couples interested in becoming married in the eyes of God!
